This course provides managers and supervisors with the skills and strategies to implement successful return to work plans. This hands-on course covers return to work approaches for both occupational (WSIB) and non-occupational (sick leave/short term disability) absences. Participants are provide with the material and skills to be able to return employees to work as soon as possible - but more importantly, managing the employee off of modified work and back to their own regular duties using best practices.

As with most of our hands-on workshops our participants some come prepared for quizzes, case studies and assignments. The use of a laptop with an internet connection would be beneficial but not required.
